Rosy Sundia Watermelon Spritzer Punch (non-alcoholic)
Makes: 12, 3/4-cup servings
- 4 cups Sundia Watermelon Juice
- 1 can (12 ounces) frozen cranberry juice concentrate
- 1 can (6 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate
- 3 cups club soda, chilled
The perfect party punch!
In a large bowl, blend all ingredients except club soda; chill. Just before serving, stir in club soda. Serve in a Sundia watermelon boat with scoops of lime sherbet.

Sundia Watermelon Juice Spritzer with Lime (non-alcoholic)
Makes: 1 serving
- ice cubes
- 5 cups of Sundia Watermelon Juice
- splash of chilled seltzer water
- 1 wedge fresh lime
Fill a tall glass half way with ice cubes. Fill glass three quarters full with Sundia watermelon Juice. Add a splash of seltzer and a squirt of fresh lime juice. Serve with a straw.

Sundia Watermelon and Strawberry Frulati (non-alcoholic)
Makes: two 12-ounce servings
- 1 cup Sundia Watermelon Juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- one half cup sliced (4 large) hulled strawberries
- one half cup low fat milk
Combine Sundia Watermelon Juice, ice cubes, strawberries and milk in blender jar. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into two tall glasses. Serve with a straw.

Sundia Watermelon Juice Lemonade with Mint by the Pitcher (non-alcoholic)
Makes: 4 servings
- 1 quart Sundia Watermelon Juice, chilled
- 2 cups prepared lemonade
- ice cubes
- 4 to 6 mint leaves, torn
- 4 thin slices lemon, seeds removed
In a tall pitcher combine Sundia watermelon Juice and lemonade. Add ice cubes, mint leaves and lemon slices. Stir well to blend. Serve at once.

Wazmo (Sundia Watermelon Cosmopolitan)
- 2 ounces Sundia Watermelon Juice
- 1-1/2 ounces vodka
- 3/4 ounce Triple Sec
- 1/2 ounce Roses lime juice
Pour all ingredients over ice and shake in tin until ice cold. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with a Sundia watermelon ball.

Sundia Watermelon Shirley Temple
- 4 shots (6 oz.) Sundia watermelon juice
- 4 shots (6 oz.) lemon lime soda
- 2 tsp. confectioner's sugar
Place all ingredients in a mixer. Mix, then pour over crushed ice and strain into glass.

Makes: 1½ cups
- ½ cup Sundia watermelon juice
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
Stir all ingredients together. Pour enough sauce over vegetables, chicken, pork, fish or shellfish to marinate. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Baste with additional sauce while grilling or broiling. Sauce not used for marinating or basting can be spooned over cooked vegetables and meats.

- 1 qt (4 cups) Sundia watermelon -- juiced
- 2 cups Sundia watermelon (white part) -- small diced
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 medium white onion -- sliced
- 1 tbsp. garlic -- minced
- 1 tbsp. ginger -- minced
- 1/2 tsp. mace
- 1/4 tsp. clove -- ground
- 1 tbsp. jalapeno pepper -- minced
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 ea. lemon -- juiced
- 1 tbsp. currants
- 1 tbsp. walnuts -- roasted
1. Reduce Sundia watermelon juice over medium heat to 2 cups
2. Combine all ingredients, and simmer until almost dry. Chill and serve.

- 1 ½ cups chopped Golden Delicious apples
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- ½ cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

In blender, puree Sundia watermelon; pour into large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Makes 4 servings.
