BevNET Review:
Watermelon Blackberry is another fruit combination that works really well for Sundia. After trying the Blackberry and Pomegranate flavors, it's clear that stronger, more tart flavors combine with watermelon quite well. In the case of Blackberry, it has a slightly less tart but fuller body than the pomegranate, resulting in something that's closer in style to grape juice. Watermelon Blackberry is sweet and fruity, and we appreciate the use of 100% juice with no added sugars. Marketability is still in question, but overall, a great job from Sundia.

BevNET Review:
Watermelon and limeade have been combined -- and if you're like us, you had no idea what to expect. The aroma and first sip are different than anything we've ever had before, with the two flavors combining in a way that leaves something to be desired. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what it is about this flavor that doesn't work but, fortunately for Sundia, these hang-ups quickly disappeared as we continued to consume this product. It's certainly not a match made in heaven, but it's something that we think consumers will enjoy -- assuming they find this combination appetizing enough to pull of the shelf. Overall, a good product but we question its appeal.

BevNET Review:
Watermelon Pomegranate is the most marketable and best-tasting flavor of the Sundia brand. The sweet flavor of the watermelon provides the perfect complement to the naturally over tart flavor of pomegranate, making this product extremely fruity and refreshing. While we still question the potential of a product that is based on watermelon juice, we are pleased to see that they have combined it with one of today's more marketable fruit flavors. Throw in the fact that this is 100% juice with no added sugar and you've got a product that is worth your money and will probably keep you coming back for more.

BevNET Review:
Sundia is a new refrigerated watermelon juice beverage. While the marketability of watermelon juice is definitely questionable -- especially in a non-shelf stabile form -- Sundia has done a great job of creating a product that has a nutrition-focus but also tastes extremely good. The flavor is sweet and candy-like, which is nothing what a real watermelon tastes like. But let's be honest -- would you really want to drink straight watermelon juice?? Probably not. So, Sundia has fortified this product with pear juice and natural flavors and the refreshment value has been significantly improved. However, 165 calories and 40 carbs per bottle will potentially reduce the appeal to the diet conscious consumer. Then again, this is watermelon juice -- marketability isn't exactly overflowing from the bottle. In all seriousness, that's probably the biggest issue with this product (with calories and the candy like flavor being second and third). Yes, it's supposedly the #1 source of lycopene -- but that alone isn't going to make consumers flock to this stuff. Still, it's worth a try if you are in the mood for something different.
